What to expect: This is a portrait session, and I will guide you through various poses and setups. Listening is imperative, and if we play things straight, the photos come out much better. It’s important to keep in mind that we are not making fun of anything; rather, we are creating art together, while paying homage to those who have gone before.
One session is enough to do four people together plus individual portraits. Space is limited, so please keep groups and families at no more than 6 people in one session. For groups and families of more than 6, please schedule two back-to-back appointments.
Styling: Bring your own wardrobe, or come as you are! I’ll have some basic clothing (sizes S-XL), props and accessories to choose from, such as eyewear, shirts and ties. Regarding makeup, the less shiny the better. Props and other personal items are welcome (firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited, however).
Children: If possible, please bring a relative or friend to help out with kids (keeping their attention, entertaining etc). Please do not drop off children for a session - unattended minors are prohibited.
Pets: Well-trained dogs and cats are welcome ($100 extra). Basics like “sit” and “stay” are a must. Please don’t bring if that’s an issue. Cats generally don’t like the experience. For large dogs or multiple pets, please bring a helper with you (friend, relative) to help manage, and bring treats and a favorite toy. Note: Make sure your pet has gone potty before the session. If a pet relieves itself in the studio, there is a $25 fee per mess.
Booking & Delivery of Images: Payment is accepted by card only, and you have a choice of doing a $100 deposit or paying the full amount up front.
Balance of fee is due after our session, and 15-20 images (JPG) will be delivered via Dropbox link within 1-2 weeks of your appointment date. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me at wolfchoir@gmail.com.
Cancelation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book a session. If you have an emergency and need to cancel, I am fairly flexible with this policy. If you need to cancel, please reach out to me!
